Core Attraction of Genting Highland...




Theme park
The theme park is one of the core attraction of Genting Highlands. Many local people come here to taste the cool weather and to play in the casino and to take entertainment in theme park. The theme park located in Genting Highland is 1 of the biggest theme park of Malaysia. The theme park is very big that it consists out door theme park, indoor theme park, and a water park. The Genting theme park not just for small kids, but it also has some attractions which are so stomach-chumingly challenging that pregnant women and those with heart problem are prohibited from going on them. There are over 20 signature attraction which include some of the most popular attraction that are available in the theme park are space shot, corkscrew, Euro express, spinner, cyclone, roller thunder mine train, flying dragon, bumper boat, boating, circus ride and many more. The signature attraction in outdoor theme park is flying coaster.
First World shopping complex
The first world plaza is perhaps the coolest and the world highest shopping mall in the Malaysia. There are more then 100 retail branded shopping outlets, Cineplex, indoor theme park, a man made winter wonderland which we usually call snow world and Ripley’s believe it or not! Museum. This shopping mall also has plenty of dining options within it, from fast food joints to gourmet restaurant, where people can fuel up after a long day travelling to shops and visiting all the featured attractions.



Genting Skyway

One of the most fascinating tourist attractions here is Genting Skyway. It is the longest cable  car system in South East Asia, covering a distance of 3.8 kilometres from Gohtong Jaya (lower station of skyway) to Highland hotel. It also maximum speed of 6 meter per second. It is also known as the fastest mono cable car system in the world. Taking a ride on skyway provides plenty of opportunities to visitors to feast their eyes on some of the best view of the panoramic mountains, forests and its surroundings. It was officially opened in 1977 by the former prime minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Bin Mohammad.
